But this is the purpose of therapy—to offer you support and insight as you explore your path from hurting to wholeness. I am licensed in two states: New York (as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/LMHC); and in Illinois (as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/LCPC). I have had over 20 years of experience helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief--as well as navigating life transitions. It is an honor to work with people who desire to become more whole.
